  My 8 year old has extreme phobia of needles. During our recent family visit for 3 vax we required for travel she lost control of her emotions.  The staff was very patient and we were able to take our time for 45 minutes in order to get all 3 completed. It was a high stress moment for the parents which was made easier by staff which were flexible to accommodate our difficult situation.  We will come back!
